Learning Across Ages
Toddler & Preschool: This is one of my favorite activities to do with young learners. It’s typically so hard to do painting with kids licking their fingers. This is such a great edible sensory painting experience to discuss what they are experiencing in terms of temperature words, colors, and science words like melting and freezing.
Elementary: This age will enjoy the science of the experiment and learn concepts like reversible changes and states of matter. They will also find it exciting to have anticipate a treat and will enjoy writing activities with their popsicles like spelling words or math if wanted.
