Use dowel rods or tubes from wrapping paper to create a stand for smoking fish. You can create a fire from the same materials and some red, orange, and yellow tissue paper. Add in a fishing rod and practice knot tying to hang them to smoke. Discuss why smoking meat is historically popular in this region.
