Write a note from Santa and put it near your calendar on the 1st. Add strips of red and green paper in a stack nearby or in a pocket calendar. Write a kind thing on the strips; things as easy as “tell someone you love them”. In their letter, tell them they are on Santa’s Cheer Team and are in charge of spreading Christmas cheer through good deeds this year. Watch the magic unfold throughout the month. On the 25th day, write “Wish someone a Merry Christmas!” to kick off your holiday.
