Cook a pinecone on low heat to open it and kill any bugs. Paint it green. Glue red pom poms and a yellow sequin, bead, or gem to the top for the star. Find a mini toy train or presents at a craft store to glue along the bottom. Add ribbon behind the star to hang as an ornament.
