Bring good luck to your Chinese new year with homemade dumplings. Have fun rolling and stuffing the dough and learn about some traditional Chinese ingredients like bok choi. Throw in some red paper decorations, drink your tea in porcelain cups, and add some Dollar Tree silk fans. Discuss the invention of paper, porcelain, and silk in ancient China. We added chopstick drumming for some impromptu fun!
